Sometimes blockages occur, so gentle pressure and massage to these marma points will help release those blockages and free the energy pathways – clearing congestion in the nerve circuits, relieving muscular pains and tension, alleviate sinus congestion, encourage blood and lymph circulation and generally re-energise the whole body, mind and spirit.
